Pastor Accused of Selling Meth Skips Arraignment; Judge Orders Re-Arrest

Miller was arrested and released on $10,000 bail. His bail amount has now been increased to $100,000 pending his re-arrest, according to a local NBC affiliate.

Miller reportedly appeared in court on Friday morning but left during a 10 a.m. break. Miller’s name was called several times before the judge ordered he be re-arrested.

“I’m going to issue a re-arrest,” the judge said. “This is a very serious charge.”
