Police said in a statement that Elliott’s phone has been seized but that detectives have not yet found evidence of inappropriate contact with children.

Investigators will search Elliott’s phone for video files, photographs, text messages, and “deleted information that may be recovered via a forensic examination.”
While the victim asked for her identity not to be disclosed, she recounted her experience to WITN. She said that prior to Elliott placing his phone under her skirt, she sensed something was amiss when he knelt down in the aisle beside her.
“I decided to get up and scoot over and then at this point I was not focusing on what I was trying to buy anymore,” the woman said. “I was more distracted by him still lingering in the area.”
She said that Elliott then crouched behind her, and that is when he placed his phone under her skirt.
