Goble Served in Ministry for More Than 40 Years
According to his Facebook profile, Goble “first met Jesus” in 1954. After graduating from Taylor University and later Trinity Evangelical Divinity School, he began pastoring the Church of the Good Shepherd in Adrian, Michigan.
It’s unclear when Goble left the church, but, according to Facebook, he changed his status to “former pastor” in 2016.
Before his time at Good Shepherd, Goble served as a youth pastor at Archbold Evangelical Church, according to his LinkedIn profile. He “taught Sunday school” and “led youth discussions.” While at Archbold Evangelical, Goble also “counseled youth” and “organized mission trips.”
Goble is being held on a $150,000 bond.
