After his win there was speculation that Jones might retire, but he quickly laid that to rest when he told Rogan, “I’ve decided maybe I will not retire.” Jones said that he will talk with White and UFC chief business officer Hunter Campbell to negotiate his next fight.
Jones’ successful career has been plagued with controversy, including multiple failed drug tests, a domestic violence arrest, and driving while intoxicated (DWI) charges. Jones has Philippians 4:13 tattooed across his upper chest and has the words “Glorifying Christ” written on his Facebook page, which has over 3.3 million followers.
