‘This Is Us,’ Star Milo Ventimiglia Joins Cast
Ventimiglia, known for his role as Jack Pearson on NBC’s critically acclaimed drama “This Is Us,” will bring his charismatic acting to the project. Ventimiglia has received multiple Emmy nominations and a Screen Actors Guild Award for Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Drama Series.

Adam Fogelson, chair of Lionsgate Motion Picture Group, shared his confidence in the sequel.
“We’re excited to be partnering once again with Kingdom on this continuation of Bart’s incredible story and are confident its winning combination of emotional truth and pure heart will connect with audiences everywhere,” Fogelson said.
Filming for the “I Can Only Imagine” sequel is scheduled to start in spring 2025, with Brent McCorkle writing the screenplay.
A release date for the film has yet to be announced.
