“So you can watch it, you can watch the 25 hours,” Allen added, “and then you tell me that we’re not in a moment of awakening.”
The awakening Allen has been witnessing isn’t happening because of new methodologies. In fact, she said:
We’re not doing anything different than we’ve done a million times. It’s just that everything’s different. We are experiencing the harvest that generations and thousands and thousands of people have prayed for and sown the seed for. When we walk into a town with healthy churches where discipleship is happening, you feel it. The hunger is there. So this is not something happening outside of the church. It’s because of the church. It’s because of their prayers. It’s because of their longings and desires and desperation for this generation. It’s because of Mamas! Mom is begging God [to save their children]. I can’t tell you how many times somebody [who got] saved said, “Wait till my mom hears.” Because they’ve been praying for that kid for 20 years. So we know we stand on the work of the saints for the last generations.
“We’re believing that together, we can see every person reached with the gospel by 2033, but it’s going to take all of us,” said Allen.
