Blake Shelton Wants To Continue Working With Wife Gwen Stefani

Shelton and Stefani met while they were both coaches on “The Voice.” Shelton coached contestants on “The Voice” for 23 seasons after the show’s premiere in 2011. Stefani coached for seven seasons throughout the show’s running.

“I don’t feel like I want to make a record without a duet with Gwen on it anymore,” Shelton told Today. “She’s my favorite person to sing with.”

Stefani’s three children from a previous marriage have also become interested in music. There is speculation of a family collaboration in the future.

“That would be a lot of fun,” Shelton said. “I know that that would be Gwen’s dream come true is to have, like, a family band or something like that.”
