“As a result of all this and the things that have come out that he’s done and he’s confessed to, we’ve been dropped from our record label,” Agee revealed. “We’ve had radio stations pull our music. We’ve been cancelled by promoters and venues all over the world.”

One of Tait’s survivors, a former Newsboys crew member, claims that Tait sexually assaulted him on the band’s tour bus after everyone else had fallen asleep. The alleged incident took place in the Spring of 2014 on the “We Believe Tour” following a night of drinking with the band.
As of today, Newsboys is no longer listed as one of Capitol Christian Music Group’s artists. ChurchLeaders has reached out to Capitol for comment.
ChurchLeaders has also reached out to Newsboys’ management, First Company Management, to inquire if Steve Campbell is still Newsboys’ active tour manager.
