The Regalados Await Judgment on Civil Case

In addition to the 40 felony charges, the Regalados continue to await judgment on the civil charges from 2024. A bench trial was held in May 2025.

Colorado Securities Commissioner Tung Chan sought “a permanent injunction, a freeze on the [Regalados’] assets, and $3.4 million in restitution.”
