While doing research for his new book “Pagan Threat: Confronting America’s Godless Uprising,” which is set to be released in September, Miles said this type of pagan activity is “really creating a lot of damage among young women.”
Sharing more of what he learned, Miles continued:
So young men are more prone or more apt to go to church today. Young women are less apt to. And I think that we’ve been focused on reaching young men for a while, and I think the church is actually doing a better job at that…but I think that we have not done as good a job, and I think we’ve kind of set to the side, the need to also reach young women. And so that’s something that I’m rather passionate about right now in helping the voices in that space recognize what the obstacles are. Recognize the history of how we got here through the various waves of feminism, et cetera. The revival of paganism and how it’s taking place and then ultimately what we can do to really create a roadmap about that. So that’s what [my] book is about, but I think it’s also the answer to your question is that we are missing it right now in that space and I think the church has to do better.
