The church has fought the ruling but has thus far been unsuccessful.
On Saturday, Aug. 9, the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department executed a search warrant following complaints from community members and found that Tindall was in possession of “approximately three ounces of illegal psilocybin mushrooms for the purpose of sales,” the office said in a press release.
