“‘It is not sufficient enough, although it is foundational, to get them to glory. I also want to use them in history,’” he continued. “[Jesus] says, ‘I want your impact to be so felt that the culture has to deal with you, that the environment has to deal with you.’”

“‘I want you to disciple the culture. I want the powers that be to understand why I have you here,’” Evans went on to say.
