Here’s some Saturday morning leadership thoughts that I’ve been marinating on:
Leaders, true leadership is not about the exaltation of self, but the crucifixation of self, so that the God-given potential in others can “rise.”
Leaders, you will be criticized! Discern what to listen to and learn from, and what not to listen to.
Leaders, the longer you wait to confront a problem, the bigger the problem becomes, the more people get hurt, and you will pay a greater price to resolve the problem.
Leaders, if you don’t like the culture of the organization you lead, look in mirror, you are the cultural architect.
Leaders, your primarily task is the development of leaders who can develop other leaders.
