Church events are often one night stands, so to speak. These are conferences and seminars, retreats and even worship services.

After a large event with a big spike in new visitors, your attendance reports are going to look pretty nice for a week or two. But it doesn’t take long for reality to set back in as you see a return back to your regular pattern in the weeks to follow.

One of the things I try to do after each event is to evaluate the event's effectiveness and my and my team’s competence.
