Leadership Mistakes

Do you want to be successful as a leader? Of course, anyone who leads has this as a goal. There are some leadership missteps which can limit your potential to lead well. 

When you are out in front and taking new territory, missteps are part of the journey. If you aren’t making mistakes, you probably aren’t leading.

I have had times I was so convinced I was right, I used my skills as a communicator to get people on my side. In hindsight, I should’ve taken more time to seek other people’s insight and wisdom, because I wasn’t right after all.
