The war in Ukraine has raged on for nearly five months, and church leaders in Lviv have had hardly a moment’s rest.

Britain announced a new round of sanctions against Russia, targeting the head of the Russian Orthodox Church for his prominent support for the war in Ukraine as well as Russia's children's rights commissioner.

Trevor Littleton, pastor of First Church of Christ in Painesville, Ohio has been reunited with one surrogate daughter who had been living in Ukraine. The whereabouts of his other surrogate daughter are still unknown.
