Does weekly communion become mundane? Yes. Mundane is good. Mundane means that Jesus has entered into the regular, normal, everyday human part of my life.

Your approachability as a pastor is not limited to Sunday mornings, but it’s a key time when people will develop perceptions about you.

Here’s the change that made the biggest difference: For each service, we found (are still finding) someone whose only job is to manage volunteers and handle crises.

Maybe the only experiences people in your church have ever had with talking about church or inviting someone are downright painful.

We must take great care, then, not to assume that even in our religious environments, where we put the Scriptures under so many noses, that it is Jesus the exalted Christ who is being worshiped.
