In this age of the internet and smartphones, having a digital Bible can be an incredible tool for evangelism and discipleship.

If you’re traveling for business or other reasons, there’s no reason you can’t keep the flow of communication moving like normal and manage tech while traveling.

I wanted to share some of my experiences with you so you can learn from them and ensure that your church websites have these “must-haves.”

You won’t lose your valuable data if one of your devices gets destroyed and dies. Strategic data protection—backup, online storage, and digital wallet—will protect you well if you have a device failure.

The key to diffusing social media tension comes from scripture: “do to others as you would have them do to you.” (Luke 6:31) Treat others with respect and model behaviors and values that encourage positive posting from your followers.

The following are some of the ways I use Logos technology for sermon prep (although much of what I write here is also transferrable to other Bible Software programs such as Bibleworks and Accordance).
