We are often asked what change or pivot toward 2021 their churches should make for doing church differently. Though this list is not exhaustive, we find ourselves making these five recommendations consistently.

I think the gift of this season is really something that can change the church forever: We now have the opportunity to change the metric of success.

When you hire, make it your goal to achieve greater productivity as well as the health of your staff.

Following Christ doesn’t make our lives easier. Being a disciple makes our lives harder. Why? Because Jesus wants you and me to become stronger, and the only way to get stronger is to add more weight to your work.
