In too many cases, we prepare hard and pray little over our sermons or lessons. For the rest of this week, I challenge you to spend more time praying before you preach or teach.

Can we address God generally in prayer? Should we only pray to the Father in the name of Jesus? Is it right to pray to directly to Jesus? Is it right to pray directly to the Holy Spirit?

We must find hope in the words of Scripture that point to the promise of God’s completed work in us.
