8. TARGET YOUR PEER LEADERS.
Your leaders are the oldest kids in the room. Purposefully nurture and encourage them.
9. BE FUNNY.
When people laugh, it opens up their heart. So insert humor, when appropriate.
10. REVIEW AND REPEAT.
Repetition helps children learn and recall material. Saying something just one time probably isn’t sufficient.
