3. Mary Magdalene Monologue
This script is a short, one-person sketch (with off-stage voice for the angel). We used it during worship to give kids a glimpse of the joy on Easter morning. An adult actress played the role of Mary Magdalene. We mixed a few songs between the two scenes. That really increased the energy of kids’ worship. That’s because they were thinking of how the Resurrection brought such joyful hope for Jesus’ followers.
