A Texas pastor has been arrested after allegedly helping a parishioner hide his vehicle after the parishioner was involved in a fatal hit-and-run. Juan Wilson, 34, has been charged with tampering with physical evidence.
The driver of the vehicle, Stephan Santeli Castro, 35, has been charged with failure to stop and render aid. Angelica Flores, 61, who was a passenger in the car, has been charged with failure to report a felony.
Wilson appears to be the pastor of Casa De David church in Conroe, Texas, and Castro and Flores are reportedly parishioners of the church.

The victim, who was a pedestrian, has been identified as Brett Wilborn, 46.
On the evening of Sunday, Nov. 9, Wilborn was struck by two vehicles. The first vehicle that struck was an SUV that fled the scene. Wilborn was subsequently hit by a second vehicle, and the driver of that vehicle called 911.
Wilborn died at the scene.
Investigators believe that Castro and Flores consulted with Wilson following the collision and that Wilson helped the two conceal the vehicle.
The SUV identified in the incident was later found in a closed garage at Flores’ residence.
