Harvest Leaders Made Problems ‘Go Away,’ Say Former Staff

Six former staff members and volunteers at Harvest Christian Fellowship recent told The Roys Report‘s Daniel Silliman that church leadership worked to “hide” anything that put the ministry in a bad light. Speaking on the condition of anonymity, they described being chastised for asking questions about pastors who seemed to suddenly “vanish” from the California megachurch.

One former Harvest employee said, “The culture there is, Pastor Greg would say, ‘Make this go away,’ and then it would go away.” Another former staffer described being told not to ask questions when disgraced pastors left Harvest. Others said the church’s “mode of operation” was “do not talk about anything bad.”
