On April 17, the prosecution filed a motion with the court that would allow a child under the age of 18 to testify in open court.
Last week, the judge asked the both the prosecution and the defense if there had been any discussion of a plea deal. Flynn’s lawyer said, “We haven’t asked for an offer, your honor, so the answer to that question would be no.”
