The family sees their escape from the home as a “Christmas miracle,” a miracle confirmed by the discovery of their unburnt Bible.
While they expressed that rebuilding the home may be an uphill battle, American Red Cross is currently providing temporary housing for the Voigt family.
The family has established a GoFundMe page, which has already raised over $8,000 to help with their transition.
