“But, you know,” Locke said, “the Lord gives, the Lord takes away. Blessed be the name of the Lord. It’s not what you want to wake up to when you come over here today…We love you guys. Please just pray for us.”
Locke said those who want to help out financially can do so via GVBC’s website. “We’re not even really sure what all we’re gonna have to do right now, but we’re definitely going to be in for a lot of money to get this tent put back up and sewed back together and fixed the way that it needs to be fixed,” Locke said.
Locke asked for prayer for the people who will celebrate that the church’s tent is unusable. “Pray for the haters who are going to rejoice over this mild setback,” he said.
“But again, this setback will be a divine setup,” Locke said. “And I believe God prophetically is going to do some amazing things through this. So just pray for us. Pray our spirits would stay lifted and excited and encouraged.”
