Elon Musk Supporters Appreciate Pastor’s ‘Deeply Moving’ Prayer
Elon Musk, who has described himself as a “cultural Christian,” said, “Amen,” after the pastor concluded. “Thank you very much,” Musk told him. “That was beautiful. I think we’re going to need divine protection, frankly.”
On social media afterward, users shared clips of the prayer, calling it chilling and powerful. “This was deeply moving,” one person wrote on X. “Many are praying for @elonmusk, his family and team. We owe him such a huge debt of gratitude.”
At the town hall, Musk defended his work with DOGE, saying, “By reducing waste and fraud, we’ll essentially make the economy more efficient.” To critics and attackers, Musk emphasized that he and his team have not acted unconstitutionally by ending any spending.
Rally attendees, who had been required to sign a petition opposing “activist judges,” were eligible to receive two $1 million checks that Musk gave away. Wisconsin’s Democratic attorney general, who had called the giveaway illegal, sued unsuccessfully to block it.
