Accetturo’s creation method also sparked feedback. “I feel like AI is making fun of us at this point,” someone wrote.
“As scary as AI is, I’m loving these,” added another. Some viewers noted that AI is just another tool, and it’s up to people to use it well—and to God’s glory.
As someone who’s now “all-in” on AI, Accetturo is optimistic about its use. He offered predictions about how AI will affect the entertainment industry. By summer 2026, for example, Accetturo said smaller film studios, like Lionsgate, will start releasing hybrid and fully AI films. Eventually, he predicted, AI films will just be called films, just as people dropped the word “cellular” from “phone.”

“I do believe good things will come from the democratization of filmmaking tools,” Accetturo wrote. “But we should move forward with wide eyes—aware of the disruption ahead—and be ready to reskill, adapt, and plan accordingly.”
