Limit Fearful Voices

While it is wise to stay informed, constant exposure to negative news or social media can magnify anxiety. Set boundaries around what you consume and intentionally seek uplifting content that strengthens your spirit.

Serve Others in Love

Fear often turns us inward, but faith calls us outward. Look for practical ways to serve—bringing a meal to someone in need, writing notes of encouragement, or volunteering your time. Serving others shifts perspective and reminds us of God’s ongoing work.

Practice Gratitude

Keeping a daily list of things you’re thankful for reorients your heart. Gratitude shines light on God’s blessings even in dark times and helps replace worry with worship.

Take one step today—whether memorizing a verse, limiting anxious voices, or reaching out to someone in need. In doing so, you affirm that your trust rests not in shifting circumstances but in the unchanging God who holds tomorrow.
