While I believe online kids' worship services are making a difference in the lives of kids, I believe we are missing an even greater opportunity to make an impact in the lives of families.

As you lead in children and family ministry, it's crucial to be self-aware and to keep asking yourself questions that will help you stay on course.  We often talk about having an accountability partner and that is a great thing.  But it's also just as important to keep yourself in check. 

Does your church want to reach Millennials? They are the young fathers and mothers that you want to reach. They are the young couples you want to mentor. They are the up and coming leaders you want to invest in.
