Leaders of the Conservative Baptist Network hope that a return to the Bible Belt in 2023 will bolster their efforts to reform the Southern Baptist Convention.

On Friday, Voddie Baucham confirmed that he had been asked to accept a nomination for SBC president. However, his eligibility remains in question as he lives overseas and is not locally connected to an SBC church.
