As attacks against Christianity in Iran continue, a bookseller from the city of Bukan has been arrested on charges of selling the Bible. He is one of many in the country being persecuted in the name of Christ, even as the gospel is spreading rapidly.

Political brainwashing and torture are alive and well in China, where the state is oppressing ethnic minorities, such as the the Uighur population. These minorities reside in China’s Xinjiang Uighur Autonomous Region (XUAR) and are being detained for offenses that include having “extremist thoughts.”

The Coalition to Advance Religious Freedom in China has written a letter to companies in Silicon Valley (including Amazon, Microsoft, and a conglomerate that includes Google), imploring them not to be complicit in the severe human rights violations taking place in China.
