Small Group Leaders

The best confrontation results in people knowing they are loved, knowing that the best is desired for them, and knowing that the relationship can be stronger moving forward.

I spoke at length with Millennial students about a “fresh wind” that seems to be sweeping across our churches, the way we look at discipleship and ministry, and the way we do groups.

With all the information that needs to be shared, and all sorts of different technologies to do that communicating, here are five steps towards purposeful communication.
