“I’d like to see [Tait] in jail, to be honest,” the alleged victim continued. “Not because I get anything out of it. But I think that’s what’s deserved…I think that’s what’s owed to him.”
According to People magazine, Shawn Davis, one of Tait’s other alleged sexual abuse survivors, is in the process of building a legal case against the former DC Talk singer.
In August, the Brentwood Police Department confirmed with ChurchLeaders that a preliminary investigation had begun, but the department said that no charges have been brought forward at this time.
