I think another is through education. Whether it’s Outreach Magazine or in ChurchLeaders, I think you guys are educating. So I think we’re educating the ecosystem more and more. Barna is doing their continual research on what are the trends in AI, how are people thinking, how are the congregants thinking, how are the church leaders thinking? So research, education, and tools.

Could you speak directly to pastors and church leaders who might feel overwhelmed and daunted? What encouragement would you give to them?
No. 1, we love church leaders. I mean, that’s why we do what we do. We want to help them serve more. We want to help them be able to have more impact in their communities and in their congregations. And anything that we can do in terms of lightening their load or accelerating their capability to do that, we want to do.
And whether that is coming back to the education, whether that is coming back to the research, whether that is coming back to the tools or us being able to access public capital—to be able to build better infrastructures, to be able to allow them to jump higher, to be able to to go farther—that’s what it’s all about.
It’s about serving those who serve. It’s about shaping technology as a force for good. And what do we do with the shaping technology as a force for good? Put tools in their hands to be able to advance what they do. But then, ultimately, by aggregating so many of the different church leaders together…alone they can do very little, but together they can do amazing things.
It’s about connecting them onto a common platform that allows them to get the benefit of their collective strength so that they don’t feel alone and so that they are not alone.
Is there anything that we haven’t talked about that you would like to share before we end?
One, as we’ve been out talking to people about Gloo and the family of companies…a couple things are really clear. No. 1, this is a giant, giant industry. But it’s been fragmented. It’s been siloed. And so being able to take the scale of this industry, connect it so that then we’ve got just a really strong set of value propositions that can help these organizations, that’s just such an important concept.

So it’s a giant category. Together, you and the other parts of Gloo are creating unique capabilities in the ecosystem. And we want to just continue to work hard to develop a leadership position in that so that ultimately we can shape technology for good and we can serve those who serve.
Disclosure: ChurchLeaders, SermonCentral, and Outreach Magazine are owned by Outreach Inc., which is owned by Gloo.
