Carl Lentz: ‘I Have No Ministry Aspirations Right Now…But Who Knows’

“But that’s going to come down to some wise counsel,” said Lentz. “But for me, I’m so excited about my life…I just love what God’s doing, and life is big. Ministry is a lane—a vital one, it’s important—but guess what? There’s a lot of lanes out here.”

“And we’re just being grateful to be alive,” he continued, “grateful to have a family that’s together, and I love the church. So we’ll figure it out.”

Ruslan summed up his position on biblical disqualifications for ministry by saying, “I don’t know if I can go to your church. I don’t know if I could be a member of your church, but I think God can still use you.”
