After a chaotic year including a skateboarding accident, a public argument, and chart-topping success, Christian musician Forrest Frank ends 2025 with yet another milestone. Google listed one of Frank’s songs, “YOUR WAY’S BETTER,” in the Top 10 Hum-to-Search for the year.

Got a song stuck in your head? According to Google’s Year in Search 2025, there’s a good chance the song is one of Forrest Frank’s hits. While Google processes around 16.4 billion searches each day, the platform ranks Frank’s song “YOUR WAY’S BETTER” No. 8 on its annual Hum-to-Search list.
Google’s Hum-to-Search feature helps identify different tunes. A user can hum, whistle, or sing a melody, and Google uses AI to search its database for a match. To access Hum-to-Search, tap the mic icon in the Google app or ask Google Assistant.
“YOUR WAY’S BETTER” also landed at No. 2 on Billboard’s year-end Hot Christian Songs chart. Billboard noted as well the success of Frank’s albums “Child of God” and “Child of God II.” These albums sat at No. 1 for dozens of weeks.
Like much of Frank’s music, “YOUR WAY’S BETTER” came out of a time of personal struggle. He recorded a voice memo of a raw prayer to God—that became a hit once set to melody. In early 2025, a viral dance became a proclamation of faith.
