Stuckey congratulated Crawford on his engagement to influencer Maddy Dodd and asked what he’d tell young people who long for God to “bring me the right person.”

Crawford replied, “I don’t think God makes soul mates. I think you can…fall in love with anyone. But the reality is…if you don’t love Jesus, you’re not worthy of being trusted with his daughter.” To people desiring a relationship, he said, “Work on yourself. Make sure you’re right with Jesus, and God will bring you someone he can trust you with when the time is right.”
