The comments on Frank’s post were mixed. A number of commenters lauded Frank, with one person calling Frank “a vessel for our Lord.” Others criticized the post, alleging that Trump read the Scripture only to mock Christians. One even said that Trump is “just a disguised angel of the light.”
Under several of the critical comments, Frank offered the same reply: “‘You may not be righteous or holy, but if you turn away from your bad ways and call on My name in times of trouble, I will answer you and give you rest.’ 2 Chronicles 7:14, Jeremiah 33:3, Matthew 11:28.”
