Kleberg County deputy David Farias was the one who finally found Loveday. Officials do not suspect foul play and say that the Texas pastor had been dead for some time. The investigation is ongoing.
According to his church’s website, Loveday leaves behind his wife, five children, and one grandchild.
A GoFundMe page started by friends of the Loveday family says that Loveday “was the sole provider for their household. If you feel led to give to help with expenses, the family would appreciate it. If you are not able to give, please lift them up in prayer. THANK YOU!”
