“The show is a biblical historical fiction, because we have the Bible stories, but we don’t have all the conversations that happened in between,” she explained.
“We don’t have what they said to each other over breakfast—we’re extrapolating some of that within the bounds of biblical truth,” she continued. “So we’re not studying those things, because we have the Bible, so we’re studying the Bible.”
