Harvey, whose channel is “dedicated to sharing the stories of the voiceless” and committed to “hold people responsible and bring justice for victims all over the World,” reposted the video, as well as a number of photos from the wedding.
“Remember these two were seen together just days after Mica Miller’s death in April of 2024,” said Harvey, who has closely followed events surrounding Mica’s death. “Both of their spouses are dead. Both deaths under investigation.” Harvey said that two weeks ago he had received a tip that the wedding was “imminent,” that he was able to confirm Suzie had been wearing a “cheap” ring, and that wedding bands were purchased.
Harvey and others speculate that Miller and Skinner could be marrying each other to receive the benefits of spousal privilege, meaning that neither will be able to testify against the other about certain events that occur during their marriage.
Some concerns, such as child abuse, are not protected by spousal privilege, however, and spousal privilege only applies to communication that occurs while a couple is married, not communication that occurred prior to the marriage.
