Ohio Pastor Aaron Williams Jr. Posted About Life’s ‘Storms’
Before becoming pastor at Maddox Memorial, Williams had served as a trustee, praise and worship leader, public relations coordinator, and a member of the church’s clergy staff. The pastor succeeded his own father in ministry at Maddow Memorial in 2016.
On its Facebook page, Maddox Memorial states, “Our Pastor, Elder Aaron Williams Jr. and the entire congregation, pledge our lives to Christ and covenant with each other to demonstrate His Spirit through worship, witnessing, and ministry to the needs of the people of this church and the community.”

Below a video of the church’s Sept. 3 midweek worship service, Pastor Williams posted several comments. “Carrying us in the midst of our storms is evident when we come out of our storms better than when we went in!!!” reads one. In another, he wrote, “Discipleship!!!”
According to recent social media posts by Williams’ wife, Latonda Williams, she was attending a women’s retreat at Maddox Memorial on Aug. 30, the day her husband was arrested for public indecency.
On Sept. 2, the church posted on Facebook, “Maddox Memorial COGIC is honored to stand in support of our First Lady, Lady Latonda Williams! God has opened doors for her to share His Word, and we are grateful for the opportunity to lift her in prayer as she goes forth.”
