"Christian horror film" may sound like an oxymoron, but that is exactly what "Nefarious" is.

“The Office” star Rainn Wilson, a member of the Baha’i Faith, took to Twitter over the weekend to state what many people already suspect: Hollywood often targets Christians.

In 2018, actor Chris Pratt told the audience at the MTV Movie & TV Awards that God is real and that God loves them. Now, over four years later, Pratt says that he “wouldn’t change a thing” about his speech. 

The career of actor Neal McDonough is something of a paradox: He has often been cast as a villain in movies and TV shows, yet in real life is a devout Christian who refuses to compromise his values.

“There’s a definite agenda” in Hollywood to attack Christian and family values, says Lucas Black, who has starred in “NCIS: New Orleans” and “The Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift.” Black pursued his newest film, “Legacy Peak,” in order to point people to Jesus and present a positive view of manhood.

‘The church has been through so much,’ Wahlberg told the Rev. Stuart Long’s former bishop. ‘I would like to do something beautiful for the church.’

The actress, who was never baptized but considers herself “a very faith-based person,” said she found Tammy Faye’s message of acceptance to be inspiring as she researched and portrayed her.

If you have the desire to pursue a career among the Christians in Hollywood, my advice is: Lead with your talent, not with your faith.
