Worship & Creative Leaders

Now that some of those worship leading strengths or sweet-spots we so depended on and were revered for may no longer be available in the near future, how are we going to continue to lead? Maybe it’s time for us to throw our cap over the wall.

How are you helping the fellowship of believers to stay connected with each other and with God through Jesus Christ? 

One thing that's common with each team is people in attendance expressing their adoration. So I ask myself, "Why doesn't that expression follow them to church?" and "How can I get people worshipping?"

My hope is that whether you have women worship leaders in your church currently or you are asking God to raise up female leaders for your team, you would find this a helpful place to gain insight.

In the case of a whole class of innocent pronouns in worship, suddenly abandoned in a rush to create the illusion of community.

To become a worshiper, we need to repeatedly embrace the fact that worship is a lifestyle. I want that action to become as natural as breathing, brushing my teeth, and eating my meals.

Before you worship try approaching worship expecting to give instead of getting. Expect to humble yourself, to silence your mouth and still your spirit.

A real worship musician works very hard, and part of that work will never be publicly recognized. Would you rather employ the prima donna that takes or the artisan that gives?
