Kathie Phillips felt called to children’s ministry at the age of 13. She is the Director of Children’s Ministry at Central Presbyterian Church in Baltimore, Maryland. As you lead in children and family ministry, it's crucial to be self-aware and to keep asking yourself questions that will help you stay on course. We often talk about having an accountability partner and that is a great thing. But it's also just as important to keep yourself in check.
"I feel like a lot of people are reading the Bible in standard definition," says Rabbi Jason Sobel, "because they don’t know how the Old and the New Testaments connect. And when you connect the dots, the Bible comes alive."
