In 2007, Regi founded Radical Mentoring, which exists help encourage and equip mentors and churches to build leaders and disciple-makers through intentional men's small group mentoring. He has written three books: About My Father’s Business, Mentor Like Jesus and What Radical Husbands Do and currently lives in Atlanta, GA with his wife of 47 years, Miriam.
