Christian Singer Kirbi Performs ‘Hard Fought Hallelujah’

Other judges on “The Voice” also praised Kirbi’s rendition of “Hard Fought Hallelujah.” Snoop Dogg told the contestant, “That was the perfect song for you.”

Judge Reba McEntire described Kirbi’s performance as “very emotional.” And Michael Bublé told the contestant, “You understand who you are, where you want to go. You have the guts to take on songs that seem like they may not be in your lane.”

After making the cut on this week’s episode, Kirbi posted, “I’m so genuinely full of gratitude and I feel so blessed to have had this opportunity.”

On the show’s Oct. 20 episode, Kirbi sang “You Say” by Lauren Daigle in a Battles round. “The message of this song hit me hard,” the contestant posted afterward. “God has been so good and gracious to me when I don’t show myself the same grace.”

Kirbi added, “Thank you Jesus for bringing me this far, and thank you so much to every person who has cheered me on and encouraged me.”
