On Monday, Jan. 12, former Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) titleholder Conor McGregor shared a social media post describing what he called a series of divine signs surrounding his recent wedding to longtime partner Dee Devlin.
The couple, who share four children together, have been dating since 2008 and got engaged in 2020.
In 2016, McGregor became the first UFC fighter to hold two championship belts simultaneously when he beat Eddie Alvarez and added the Lightweight title to his already existing Featherweight title.
Throughout his fighting career, McGregor, who is nicknamed “Notorious,” has been known as one of the most brash, charismatic, and trash-talking fighters the sport has ever experienced.

Last October while he was giving a press conference for a Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship (BKFC) event, McGregor shared that he had been “saved,” “healed,” and living by “God’s Word.”
A month later, McGregor doubled down on his newfound faith and shared that he met Jesus while undergoing ibogaine treatment.
Conor McGregor: ‘I Married the Love of My Life’
In an Instagram post, McGregor said he married Dee, the “love of [his] life,” on Dec. 12 at exactly 12:12 p.m. in the Chapel of Santo Stefano degli Abissini, which he described as the Vatican’s oldest church.
McGregor said the wedding date fell precisely 151 days after his birthday, and he connected that number to what he described as spiritual and numerological significance. He noted that, in gematria, the name Jesus Christ adds up to 151, as does his own name.
“Jesus Christ = 151,” McGregor wrote. “Conor McGregor = 151.”
